With this acquisition, TSS enters the French insurance vertical and further strengthens its foothold in France. Nieuwegein, the Netherlands/Ílhavo, Portugal, 27 September 2022. Total Specific Solutions („TSS“) has acquired a qualified majority stake in Edubox and 100% of Lusoinfo.

Edubox and Lusoinfo are software providers serving local governments with education management software in Portugal. These are TSS’s second and third acquisitions in the Portuguese software market, following Algardata earlier this year.
Edubox’s two leading software solutions are Siga and Sei. Siga is a modular and customizable platform for managing business processes at schools and related functions such as transport, meals, payments, etc. SEI is a platform allowing schools to monitor the entire academic process of students, from the enrolment process to their graduation or transfer and the daily management of the education process as a whole. Lusoinfo offers digital educational content like learning Portuguese in the 1st cycle of primary education in combination with classroom or home education content.

Total Specific Solutions acquires a majority share of Sygnity SA in Poland

Warsaw, 16 May 2022

Total Specific Solutions (‘TSS’) has successfully acquired a controlling stake of Sygnity SA shares in the previously announced tender offer. TSS has now strengthened its position in Poland following the acquisition of Simple SA in 2021. Sygnity is a well-established vertical market solutions provider in Poland, focusing on the financial services sector, energy, utilities, industry, as well as local and central administration.
TSS has acquired a controlling stake in the business and controls the company through the Supervisory Board, where TSS direct representatives fill 4 of the 7 available positions. Sygnity SA is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and TSS intends to keep the company public in the future as well. The current management board will continue to run Sygnity on a daily basis, supported by Maciej Rozycki, Portfolio Manager at TSS, who will join the management board as CEO.

The software provider Gesinf Srl is the 4th company to join Total Specific Solutions (“TSS”) in Italy. Gesinf is a leading software company helping institutions in the public administration and non-profit organizations, including national sports federations, with solutions for their administrative and accounting needs. Total Specific Solutions („TSS“) has acquired TANS BV & BVBA, a leading software company that delivers TMS and WMS solutions to the transport and logistical market in the Benelux. This is TSS’s first dedicated TMS and WMS software solution for this market in the Benelux.
TANS has two product lines: TALIS and IMPACT. TALIS is the TMS and WMS tool developed in-house and has a modular design so that clients can get those modules that they need to operate their business. Helios Auto (“Helios”), the Danish software company specialized in financial management solutions for the automotive industry in the Nordics, has joined Total Specific Solutions („TSS“). This is the third software company in Denmark to join TSS following FDC and Schilling and the thirteenth in the Nordics.

The Helios solutions are used in garages, repair and paint shops, car and truck dealers, and other types of workshops.
