For more than 20 years Sicon has developed add-on modules designed to provide seamless solutions to help optimize financial and business processes.
Jurriaan Piek, General Manager at TSS: “We are delighted to welcome Sicon to the TSS family of companies. Sicon provides innovative additions and solutions for Sage 200 within specific areas such as finance or commercial and within the verticals such as manufacturing and construction. We recognise the entrepreneurialism and energy of this family-owned business and are very pleased that Richard and Jane will continue their journey to manage Sicon going forward. At TSS, we are able to offer Sicon a forever home and build upon the considerable achievements made through the sharing of TSS best practices. Sicon is a strong fit with TSS as we believe in mission critical industry solutions.
Together with Pascal Bakker, the TSS UK portfolio manager, I look forward to helping Richard and Jane Youngman and their teams become acquainted with TSS.”
Richard Youngman, Managing Director of Sicon: “We started the company in 1997 and have grown to become one of the leading Sage 200 innovative software solution providers. We have enthusiastic teams working on our different offerings for the market, and we are ready to take the next step in our journey. In TSS, we found a buyer who believes in ‘software for life’ and it was their perpetual ownership approach as well as the learnings that they can provide from their intimate knowledge of running software companies which made them stand out as a buyer.”
